Doug co-founded D&D in 1979, bringing with him 16 years of experience from Bradlees, where he held various roles from store manager to merchandise manager. His extensive background in the industry has allowed him to view the business from multiple perspectives. With over 40 years of dedicated service, Doug has a treasure trove of incredible stories and valuable insights to share that reflect his deep commitment and knowledge of the retail world.

Derek Perry became a part of D&D in 1992, marking the second generation of the Perry family dedicated to professional sales representation for D&D's customers. Throughout his tenure, he has gained extensive experience across all business areas, from retail service manager to his current leadership role. Inspired by the principles instilled by his father, Derek's vision is set to guide the company's future. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.

Executive Vice President - GM & Seasonal

Bill joined D&D in 2001, proudly representing the second generation as Doug Perry's son-in-law. With over four years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales specialist for AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, along with five years in Sales, Sales Training, and Human Resources at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Currently, he focuses on key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and exceptional service. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bentley in Waltham, MA.

Sales Associate

Gavin joined D&D in 2020, proudly continuing the Perry family's legacy of professional sales representation. With previous experience at Blue Grace, one of the largest 3PL companies in the U.S., Gavin brings valuable insight to his role. He is dedicated to expanding D&D's off-price customer base and leveraging his marketing expertise. A graduate of the University of Tampa, Gavin also showcased his teamwork skills as a member of the Men's Lacrosse Team.
